About Nickname SoShareIT
Nickname SoShareIT (nickname.soshareit.com) is a free tool to create, decorate and find nicknames for games like Free Fire and Mobile Legends, and for apps like Instagram and imo. It is run by SoShareIT, founded by Le Thanh Sang, and its name pages are built from nicknames that visitors submit and vote on.
What Nickname SoShareIT does
- Create: type any name into the generator and get it back in dozens of decorated styles, ready to copy.
- Find: each name has its own page with the nicknames other visitors made for it, ranked by likes and copies.
- Share: anyone can add a nickname to a name page and vote on the ones already there.
The site went live in November 2022. Most visitors come from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Indonesia, looking for a name for a game profile, an Instagram bio or a chat app.
How nicknames are made and checked
- Decorated styles are built from standard Unicode characters (letters, symbols, Devanagari, Urdu and Bangla script). We copy them byte for byte so they paste exactly as shown.
- Nicknames on name pages were typed by real visitors. Each one shows when it was sent and from which country, so you can see it came from a person.
- Rankings come only from the site’s own likes, dislikes and copy counts. We do not buy or invent votes.
- Rude, hateful or impersonating nicknames are removed when we find them or when someone reports them through the contact page.
- Games and apps change their name rules often. Where we mention a character limit, test it in the app before you rely on it.
Nickname SoShareIT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Garena (Free Fire), Moonton (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang), Meta (Instagram, Facebook), imo or Yalla. All trademarks belong to their owners. See our terms of use and privacy policy.

Our Story: A Passion for Tech and a Mission to Share
In our fast-paced digital world, finding reliable tools and accurate guides is essential. SoShareIT.com was born from a genuine passion and an extensive professional background in Information Technology, with a single mission: to share valuable knowledge with everyone.
Our Origins and Founder
SoShareIT is led and developed by its founder, Le Thanh Sang. As a graduate in Information Technology (with a focus on Programming Technology & Computer Science) from the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, Sang possesses a profound understanding of the core principles of algorithms and web applications.
On April 7, 2019, he made a strategic decision to acquire the SoShareIT.com domain. This domain has a unique history, having originally been a project initiated by the peer-to-peer sharing tech giant BitTorrent (Tuổi Trẻ News, GENK). He saw immense potential in the name itself: “So Share IT” – a perfect reflection of the mission he was determined to pursue.
Our Journey of Growth and Development
From an idea, SoShareIT has worked relentlessly to build trust and deliver real value to the community:
- A Solid Knowledge Foundation: To deepen the quality of our instructional content, in 2021, we acquired VietnameLIB.net – an established information library. This allowed us to enrich SoShareIT with a wealth of in-depth articles on networking, routers, Wi-Fi, and tips for both macOS and Windows.
- Recognized Achievements: Our commitment to creating useful products has been proven. In 2022, the “Special Characters” (Kí Tự Đặc Biệt) mobile app, developed by Sang and his associate, surpassed 100,000 downloads on the Google Play Store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.soshareit.kitudacbiet&hl=vi), affirming the trust and adoption from our users.
- Global Expansion: From our Vietnamese foundation, we expanded into English, developing a suite of practical tools including a Nickname Generator, Fancy Text Generator, and various Calculators that serve thousands of international users daily.
Our Commitment
We believe that technology should be accessible. Every tool on SoShareIT, from our font, emoji, and kaomoji generators to our gaming guides, is built upon professional expertise and real-world experience.
We understand that tools like Special Characters are not just utilities, but also a part of the culture of self-expression for young people, a trend recognized by many reputable news sites like TechZ or 24h.com.vn. Therefore, we always strive to perfect them every day.
