Editorial and Moderation Policy
This editorial and moderation policy explains how nicknames get onto Nickname SoShareIT, how the site’s generator decorates names with Unicode characters, how visitor submissions are checked, ranked and removed, and who is responsible. It describes what the site does today, not what we plan to do.

Where the nicknames come from
- Generated styles: when you type a name into the generator, the site rebuilds it with standard Unicode letters and symbols (bold, script, bubble, small caps, frames and more). Nothing is invented; every character is a real Unicode code point, copied byte for byte.
- Visitor submissions: on each name page, anyone can add a nickname with the “add” box. The newest submissions are shown with the time they arrived, the country and a shortened network address, so readers can see they came from real people.
- Votes and copies: visitors can like or dislike a nickname, and every press of a copy button is counted. These are the only signals we use to rank.
What is checked before a nickname is shown
- Nicknames longer than 60 characters are not shown.
- Nicknames that would appear as empty boxes on phones (private-use symbols, broken characters, or only invisible joiners) are hidden, so everything you copy actually displays.
- Submitting requires a short-lived request token that is rate-limited per visitor, which slows down spam bots.
- The site can block words at submission time. Rude, hateful, sexual or impersonating nicknames that get through are removed by hand when we find them or when someone reports them.

We do not buy votes, add fake likes or pin paid nicknames. Advertising never changes the order of a list.
Name pages and the archive
Names that people search for often have their own page, at an address like /rahul. Every other name that visitors have contributed to still works, under /archive/, so nobody’s submissions disappear. Archive pages are kept out of search engine results to avoid thin duplicate pages.
Guides and platform tips
Some pages give tips about where a nickname works (Free Fire, Mobile Legends, Instagram, imo and others). Games and apps change their rules without notice, so character limits we mention should always be checked in the app itself. If a tip is wrong, tell us and we fix it.
Removing a nickname
Send the page link and the exact nickname through the contact page. Abusive nicknames, personal information and impersonation are handled first. You do not need to be the person who submitted it.
Who is responsible
The site is run by the SoShareIT team, founded and led by Le Thanh Sang, who is responsible for the generator and for moderation decisions. Are the nicknames on name pages real?
Yes. Nicknames on name pages were typed by visitors, and the newest ones show when they arrived and from which country.
Can I delete a nickname I submitted?
There are no accounts, so you cannot delete it yourself. Email us the page link and the nickname and we remove it.
Why is my nickname not showing?
It may be over 60 characters, use symbols that show as boxes on phones, or have been removed for breaking the rules.
